Fire Detection System

B-I BDS-4000 Model is a New Fire Detection System designed to meet different industrial characteristics and International Maritime Regulations. We are sure that most of clients will be satisfied with our New Fire Detection BDS-4000, an updated model of BDS- 2000, BDS-2100 and BDS-3000.

The BDS-4000 can sequentially monitor both addressable and conventional detectors on one main control panel, which is capable of hosting up to 127 detectors per loop and can be extended up to 12 loops as an addressable system and 32 loops as a conventional system.

All data in Main Control Panel of BDS-4000, which is transmitted from Interface Unit connected with all detectors by loop circuit, are indicated on 7.0" Touch Screen of BDS-4000's Main Control Panel. BDS-4000 can be interfaced with our existing model BDS- 2000 by RS-485 communication and all signals of BDS-4000 can be outputted to personal computer via built-in TCP-IP LAN port as well as data back up & software upgrade using built-in USB port.

The free arrangement of different types of detectors analyzing many different kinds of gases is one of the most important features and another feature is that the unlimited quantities of Detectors easily can be installed by adding small sizes of control panels . The system can be accessed and customized for various applications, offshore plant, building management system, petrochemical industries and other industries.

The BDH-FD UV-Flame Detector was designed to meet strict industry performance requirements. The detector also incorporates a special logic circuit that helps prevent fault alarms caused by solar radiation. So, fault alarms are considerably reduced. This detector is packaged in a compact, lightweight housing for easy installation. Our Flame Detector can be connected to a network by RS 485 serial communication wiring with other interface unit. It is specially designed as a general purpose flame detector for industrial applications to withstand "harsh" environmental conditions, including high temperatures, humidity, vibrations, and etc.

FLAME DETECTOR (Explosion Proof Type) Datasheet

The Unit has been designed to enable Industry to comply with the Clean Air Act and worldwide ships to comply with Canadian Shipping Air Pollution CRC, Vol. XV, C. 1404 and Alaska - 18 AAC 50.070, Marine Vessel Visible Emission Standards.

The product consists of Control Panel, Light Beam Projector, Photocell Receiver, Stack Adaptor, and the Intermediate Adaptor or Sealing Air Fan Box that clean air is supplied for Glass Cleaning. There are two types of Control Panel, one is disclose type for the application of exposure area, the other type is for inside installation of Boiler Panel and any other Control Panel.

The Projector and Receiver connected to Intermediate Adaptor are mounted on opposite side of the chimney or flue preferably where a negative pressure exists thus reducing the necessity of frequent cleaning of the optical system. The presence of smoke in the flue or chimney will cause changed electrical signal between the Projector and Photocell Receiver. The changed signal is analyzed by Control Panel and gives the information on the Digital Display. The Preset Alarm, Low and High alarm, can be adjusted easily to meet the regulation required per country.

Smoke Sampling System Datasheet

Smoke Detection System, BIDS-2000, is a new type of smoke detection system sampling from each ventilation fan for the cargo holds of container vessel in accordance with a new maritime regulation, MSC 292(87), which is effective from January of 2012. The Smoke Sampling System of our BIDS-2000 was created by our own idea and obtained a patent from Korea Intellectual Property Office with Patent No 1125188.

The advantage of BIDS-2000 is that it can adjust the flow rate for the exact detection of sampling smoke from ship's cargo holds. The system can be accessed and customized for various application, offshore plant, any type of vessel, building management system, petrochemical and other industries, especially, can be applied to Zone 1, hazardous area as the Smoke Detector is intrinsically safe grade (Ex ia IIc T4). The system consists of Main Control Panel with Interface Unit, Protection Box, General Smoke Detector, intrinsically safe of Smoke Detector and Barriers. The system is also interfaced with our Fire Detection System, BDS-4000.

Detcon Model CXT are SmartWireless® gas detection sensors designed for use in mobile applications in heavy industrial environments. These low power sensors assemblies utilize one of two technologies and cover a wide range of industrial applications; electrochemical for a long list of toxic gases, infrared for combustible hydrocarbons. All component parts are rated for Class 1; Division 1, Group C, D hazardous areas. These advanced field devices consist of a Detcon Model Series CXT low power gas detection sensor, and wireless transceiver packaged in a single enclosure. Power is provided by a disposable "C" cell battery pack capable of continuous operation for greater than 60 days. Additional power options include a Smart Rechargeble battery with a run time of 5-6 months, a disposable "D" cell battery pack with a run time of 9 months and solar panel providing continuous operation.


Detcon Model CX-DM gas detection sensors are easily and economically deployable in both permanent and temporary installations. These low power sensor assemblies utilize electrochemical technology for a long list of toxic gases. Model CX-DM sensors are equipped with standard analog 4-20mA, and Modbus™ RTU RS-485 outputs and can be used with Detcon’s SmartWireless® Site Sentinel CX/CXT Controllers as well as other Detcon control systems.


Detcon Site Sentinel CXT Controller is a SmartWireless® gas detection and control system that provides operator interface to the network and real time status display of all network devices. The Sentinel CXT is compatible with Detcon’s Model RXT and CXT Transceivers. Flexible and expandable, a Site Sentinel network can include up to 32 devices and consist of any combination of wireless and/or wired sensors, one or more Site Sentinel control panels, and alarm warning devices.

Command functions include alarm reset, alarm acknowledge, alarm test and radio silence. In normal operation the control panel provides real time display of gas concentrations or the status of other field devices; battery charge levels, network RF signal quality and any number of fault diagnostic conditions affecting either an individual field device or the entire network. These fault conditions are displayed on the control screen.


GMI Portable Gas Detectors

The PS200 Series detects all possible combinations of LEL, O2, CO, H2S, including single gas detection. In addition to displaying all gas readings simultaneously, the user can also initiate a manual bump test anytime.

The PS1 monitors a single gas, for a variety of applications. Widely used in the oil and gas industry, this rugged, extremely lightweight and accurate monitor clips easily onto a collar or vest. This puts the instrument near the breathing zone for maximum user protection and safety. Audible, visual, and vibrating alarms alert the user, should gas be present and alarms can be latching until the user acknowledges that an alarm is present.

he PS1 Bump Test and Calibration Station is designed to give a fast visual indication that instruments are calibrated correctly. Just place the instrument into the cradle and close the lid. Calibration is complete in 90 seconds and bump testing in 60 seconds. Results can be easily extracted for Calibration Certificate printing at your convenience. Manual bump testing and calibration is also possible and only requires a cylinder of test gas and regulator. A manual calibration can be performed in less than two minutes with results stored on the PS1.

Water Ingress Alarm System

WIDS-2000 is built in accordance to SOLAS Regulation XII/12. It is installed in a confined space of the fore, which exceeds displacement of 0.1%, in order to detect ingress of water. It is installed at Cargo Holds, Ballast Tank (Fore Peak Tank), and along Summer Load Water Line.

The high and medium expansion foam systems offer a fire extinguishing procedure that overwhelms the fire with the sheer volume of foam. The foam blanket that is produced transports water to the fire, suffocates and cools the fire, suppresses escaping vapors and encapsulates the toxic vapors and particulate.
